Mechanism
Three problems, one tablet.
Sexual difficulty is rarely one thing. Blood flow, desire and the sense of connection are three separate systems, and treating only the first is why a PDE5 inhibitor alone disappoints some people.
This formulation addresses all three in a single sublingual tablet: tadalafil for vascular response, bremelanotide acting centrally on desire through melanocortin receptors, and oxytocin for the connective, emotional side.

What the research shows.
Bremelanotide has demonstrated improvement in sexual desire and reduction in distress in trials of premenopausal women with hypoactive sexual desire disorder.
Evidence in men is more limited. Your provider will be explicit about where the data is strong and where it is not.
Results vary. Clinical trial results apply only to the FDA-approved branded medication specifically identified and do not apply to compounded medications. All medications must be prescribed by a licensed provider based on medical necessity.
Safety and eligibility
Your consult and labs screen for all of the following.
- Never with nitrates, nitroglycerin or any nitrate medication. This tablet contains tadalafil and the combination can drop blood pressure dangerously.
- Tell your provider if you already take tadalafil or another PDE5 inhibitor. It is in here.
- Do not use with uncontrolled high blood pressure or known cardiovascular disease.
- Nausea is the most common side effect and is dose-related.
- May cause temporary blood pressure elevation and flushing.
- Darkening of skin or gums can occur with frequent use, report it to your provider.
