Lab Testing · 100+ markers
Comprehensive Panel
Up to 100+ biomarkers across metabolic, hormonal, inflammatory, nutrient and organ function, for people who want the full picture, not the summary.
A member of the care team speaks with you before anything is ordered. The price above is the full cost of the test — there is nothing to add later.

Mechanism
The full picture.
Everything in the foundational panel plus advanced cardiovascular markers, inflammatory markers, a full nutrient and vitamin profile, expanded hormone assessment and detailed organ function.
This is the panel for full-body optimization, establishing a complete baseline and then tracking what genuinely moves over time.
More data is only useful if someone interprets it properly. Every result comes with a clinician-written action plan that says what to do, not just what was found.

Protocol
How treatment usually runs.
A typical schedule. Yours is set by your clinician, and adjusted as you go.
| Phase | Weeks | Typical | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
| Order | Day 0 | Requisition issued | Fasting draw required. |
| Draw | Day 1–7 | Morning, fasted | Hormone accuracy depends on timing. |
| Results | Day 5–7 | Clinician-reviewed | Full written action plan. |
| Recheck | Month 6 | Targeted re-testing | Only the markers that matter. |
What to expect
Honestly, over time.
Order
Requisition sent after evaluation.
Draw
Fasted morning draw.
Results and plan
Prioritised, not just listed.
Track
Re-test what you set out to change.
Evidence
What the research shows.
Comprehensive biomarker testing identifies treatable dysfunction, thyroid, nutrient deficiency, inflammation, insulin resistance, that routine annual bloodwork often misses.
The value is entirely in the interpretation. A hundred numbers without a plan is just an expensive spreadsheet.
Results vary. Clinical trial results apply only to the FDA-approved branded medication specifically identified and do not apply to compounded medications. All medications must be prescribed by a licensed provider based on medical necessity.
Safety and eligibility
Your consult and labs screen for all of the following.
- Fasting required. Morning draw strongly preferred.
- Stop biotin supplements several days before, it interferes with multiple assays.
- Incidental findings are common on wide panels and are triaged by your clinician.
- Results are interpreted alongside symptoms and history, never in isolation.
- New York, New Jersey and Rhode Island, our main lab network does not cover these three states. Tell the care team before you book and they will arrange an alternative.
FAQ
Comprehensive Panel questions.
The foundational panel covers metabolic, thyroid, core hormones and blood count. The comprehensive panel adds advanced cardiovascular and inflammatory markers, a full nutrient profile, expanded hormones and detailed organ function, over 100 markers total.
A1c and fasting insulin for metabolic health, ApoB for cardiovascular risk, hs-CRP for inflammation, a full thyroid panel, free and total testosterone, vitamin D and ferritin. Those cover most treatable dysfunction in otherwise healthy adults.
Every six months while actively changing something, then annually once stable. Re-testing targets the markers you set out to move rather than repeating the entire panel.
