Your consult is free. This membership covers the provider, the prescription and the monitoring. Your medication is dispensed and billed by your own pharmacy.
Mechanism
The care, not the pharmacy.
Some people already have brand-name GLP-1 coverage through insurance, or a pharmacy they would rather keep using. What they usually do not have is anyone actually managing it.
This is that management: a licensed provider who reviews your bloodwork, sets and adjusts the dose, watches for side effects and handles the prescription — while the medication itself comes from wherever you already get it.
No medication cost runs through us, because no medication does.

GLP-1 therapy works considerably better with clinical supervision: dose titration, side-effect management and attention to muscle mass and nutrition all change the outcome.
Brand-name and compounded routes are clinically managed the same way; only the supply differs.
This membership covers management only. Your medication is dispensed and billed by your own pharmacy.
Results vary. Clinical trial results apply only to the FDA-approved branded medication specifically identified and do not apply to compounded medications. All medications must be prescribed by a licensed provider based on medical necessity.
