What we actually do

Most telehealth hands you a questionnaire and matches you to a product. We start the other way round — with a free one-on-one visit, a real conversation with a member of the clinical team about what you are trying to change and what you have already tried.

Bloodwork is required before hormone therapy and available with every other treatment. Where we test, the plan gets built around your numbers rather than a symptom quiz. Medication, when a provider judges it appropriate, ships from a licensed pharmacy, and your care team stays reachable seven days a week while your dose is adjusted.

How the practice is put together

NovaraMD runs on an established clinical telehealth platform that handles provider licensing, pharmacy fulfilment and the patient portal — infrastructure already serving more than 10,000 patients nationwide. The clinicians who review your plan are licensed in your state, and the pharmacies that dispense your medication are state-licensed. It is the same infrastructure larger practices rely on, rather than something assembled from scratch.

What we do not do

We do not bill insurance. Pricing is flat, published on each treatment page, and confirmed with you before anything is charged. We do not prescribe without a visit. We are not urgent or emergency care — if you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department. And we will tell you when treatment is not the right answer for you, including when the honest answer is no.
