Hair Force One Supplement
A daily supplement combining iron, methylcobalamin B12, zinc, vitamin C and biotin, the nutritional cofactors most often linked to healthy hair growth, for patients whose shedding has a nutritional component or who want to support a prescription regimen.
Already know this is what you want? The second option books the appointment straight away. Not sure yet? See the labs first.
Your consult is free. We will not prescribe this, or anything, before a clinician has spoken with you. Final cost depends on the form and dose prescribed.

Mechanism
Nutritional support for the growth cycle.
Iron and B12 support the oxygen delivery and cell turnover that feed an actively growing follicle; low iron stores are one of the more common, correctable contributors to diffuse shedding, especially in women.
Zinc supports keratin synthesis and has been linked to telogen effluvium, a stress- or deficiency-related shedding pattern, when levels run low. Vitamin C aids collagen formation and improves iron absorption, and biotin supports the keratin infrastructure hair is built from.
This is a nutritional supplement, not a replacement for minoxidil or finasteride-based prescription therapy. It is best suited to patients with a deficiency-pattern shedding history, or as an add-on to an existing prescription regimen.
Safety and eligibility
Your consult and labs screen for all of the following.
- Check before combining, tell your clinician about any other iron-containing or multivitamin supplements you take to avoid exceeding safe daily limits.
- Not a substitute, for minoxidil or finasteride-based treatment where follicle miniaturization is the primary cause of loss.
- Lab-guided dosing, your consult may include bloodwork to confirm iron, B12 or zinc status before starting.
