Follicle Fix Hair Solution
A topical solution combining minoxidil 10%, a higher concentration than most over-the-counter formulas, with topical finasteride, in one once-daily scalp application.
This is a compounded preparation made by a licensed pharmacy. It is not FDA-approved, and it is prescribed only when a licensed provider determines it is appropriate for you.
Already know this is what you want? The second option books the appointment straight away. Not sure yet? See the labs first.
Your consult is free. We will not prescribe this, or anything, before a clinician has spoken with you. Final cost depends on the form and dose prescribed.

Mechanism
Two actives, applied where it matters.
Minoxidil 10% widens blood vessels around the follicle and extends the growth phase of the hair cycle. The higher concentration is formulated for once-daily rather than twice-daily use.
Topical finasteride blocks local DHT production at the follicle with substantially lower systemic absorption than the oral tablet, which is why it is often preferred by men who want to avoid the sexual side effects occasionally reported with oral finasteride.
Applied once a day to a dry scalp, consistency matters more than the amount used. A temporary increase in shedding in the first two to eight weeks is expected, as follicles are pushed out of their resting phase into a new growth cycle.
Safety and eligibility
Your consult and labs screen for all of the following.
- Pregnancy and handling warning, must not be handled by women who are or may become pregnant.
- Common side effects, include scalp irritation, dryness and flaking at the application site.
- Unwanted hair growth, can occur elsewhere on the body if the product migrates, wash hands after applying.
- Not FDA-approved for this exact combination, prescribed off-label, at your provider's discretion.
